As you know I have closed my short position temporarily but you really need to take a hard look at Zips balance sheet and operating losses.
They lost $67 million at an operating level in the year before Quadpay was fully integrated.
Klarna lost $200 million in their first year of expansion into US
i would expect at least $150 million FY losses of the combined entity
