Not to mention that APT have a less stringent credit criteria (90%) compared to Z1P (60%) - meaning Z1P is more selective with the type of individuals and their debt. It's just a matter of time before the tide turns and the 30% default and come looking for finance at Z1Pit'll go in cycles.
