i sold z1p at close to $10 the main reason i sold was the companies growth appeared 'artificial' with incentives to join ie use Z1P and your 1st transaction gets $100 off.
It was 'impressing' investors with high subscriber right but alarmingly increasing debt and no chance of net positive cash flow. Increased competition from other financial intuitions and no clear plan to profitability has probably killed this business.
This incentive to use Z1P resulted in 'high numbers of new' subscribers but very few 'repeat' users. Thus you can only 'throw' free money away for so long till it catches up to you.
It wasnt a bad plan it simply didnt work. Afterpay did something similar but had 'better' success due to simply being the 1st mover/pioneer in the space.
I think Z1P can turn it around but it has a long way to go
