For those that are more familiar with Z1p ( I am not) what are the short term catalysts here?
from my read the biggest issue appears to the big reduction in the cash transaction margin from 3.7 to 2.1% - I assume this is a result of growth in the US market where margins are slimmer.
they say they are targeting 2.5-3.0 % cash transaction margin, but I am struggling to see how they will get there. My thinking is if will be hard to focus on bad debts and continue growing at the same time, particularly if the focus is on the US. Looking at the cash cost of sales, it is interest expense, bad debts and bank fees, not sure outside of managing bad debts what they can really do here.
Also why didn’t they just raise the full amount of funds from instos, why bother with the SPP?
