It's not just car regos. It's paying any BPay bill through a Zip Money account.
From ZIP website:
"Can I pay any bill with my Zip account?You can pay bills from any biller that accepts BPAY payments (that is over 45,000 billers!) with some exclusions such as vehicle registration, credit card bills, personal loans betting accounts and specific billers outside of our responsible lending guidelines. "
