    I don't think that is good enough. We have a vested interest to contact them, the average user would just wipe the credit loss, never use zipt again and warn their friends. I agree with @eath93

    If they have changed their mind about offering support in anyway other than email - remove the conversation function.

    @mickmick2891 was your credit transferal from zipt 1 to 2?
