From what I can see Microsoft and Vodafone won their cases (after the Vodafone case the government told their tax office to apply the courts ruling to all similar cases). Cairn energy is ongoing but relates to the transfer of assets between an unlisted and listed company and the capital gains implications of that. How does this relate to Zip? What assets so they have there? What court cases would apply to Zip?
