You're probably right about the VIP ZipT members too not getting first crack unless they fall within those areas. I don't quite understand the delay in phasing the rollout - testing aside. if it is good and in demand then I thought that this might stall the momentum of ZipT that could be generated through social media etc.
On the other hand if it is good and being touted by users on social media then that could really help build demand and anticipation for Phase 3.
But hey, being no-one from nowhereville I trust that the strategy has been prepared with a lot more thought than my idle musings.

Being December perhaps Phase 1 begin quietly so any kinks can ironed out in the same manner?
