    I guess its always a possibility, with Strandline emerging as the primary competitor to Iluka there may be moves to consolidate market position by snapping up smaller players (IMA/DRX). Certainly the 3 month average SP for Image is very low right now and so its an ideal time to try and acquire the company with a relatively low ball offer.
