Yes - the dividend is huge but when you look at the massive capex its silly to pay such a high dividend and the have to borrow money or raise capital
IMA will grow with very little need for debt , arguably they won’t need debt but will likely use some to ensure balance sheet isn’t lazy and they continue to pay dividends
