Has anybody heard if Iluka is either; walking away from a deal...

Has anybody heard if Iluka is either; walking away from a deal to merge with a zirconia chemicals business in China?, or planning on merging with a zirconia chemicals business in China? or planning on starting a zirconia chemicals factory in China? If true it would be good vertical intergration. If true I don't think existing customers would be too happy though. Share price drop greater than broader market may suggest the first option though.
