i dont agree at all forged
i think australians in general save hard and put a lot of money into buying a property
look at perth for example i have been here for a long time now and i dont really recall much happening in the way of "lifestyle" businesses making this place any more interesting
but if you compare this place to queensland, the property is so much more expensive
