    procedural in nature to me is like ...im buying your car ...we have agreed on the price and changeover date with shake of the hand ...procedural in nature part is the signing of paperwork which SHOULD be formality once the first part is done...
    This is never straight forward with Nkwe ...but personally im happy with where it is at....just need extreme patience..says an over 7 year holder
