In 2006, Zjin took a 20% stake in Ridge Mining for $15.4m. In 2007 Ridge contemplated selling Zjin a majority stake valuing the total project at 700m.

Comment: Zjin oversaw a financial disaster for Ridge shareholders. The China National Arts and Crafts Co cleaned up the mess and I am told are doing fine. But holders only received 4m!!!!!!!!!!! And Ridge were not wallowing in an interminable legal muddle.

Strange that you have not included in your research Zijins offer to Genorah only a couple of years ago for their NKP holding at an offer price of 50cents.

Lets wait and see whether we get a JV announcement or takeover.

For a non NKP holder you really enjoy finding negative articles to support your sell view.
