From my understanding they have FDA approval for launch, learn and develop in the US of A meaning they can immediately launch the product which I think is on track for this quarter (I might be mistaken here) which is why there is currently no sales, it's essentially about to launch (the product).
They don't need to rely on Special Access Scheme in Australia because the ***berment is about to put forward new codes of practice which will allow the sale of low concentrate thc/cbd over the counter medications. Meaning anyone can go to the chemist and buy these products in direct competition with essential oils like St Johns Wart etc etc. I know which one is actually gonna knock me out and it ain't Johns warts.
Anyone feel free to chime in if I got something wrong.
