As @Mcdunk says, look long term.
There's an overhang of shares at the moment by the looks of it from the 394m shares just issued for the milestone related to the merger with Ilera but let's not forget this was triggered by a singlecontract with an upfront fee of $1m plus they'll have a 20% royalty going forward.
On top of that, this licensing to DRCN Holdings is not 'exclusive' (from what I read - dyor) so the pathway is open in every direction, including BigPharma.
