Oops, slight correction to my post above for clarity.
The 394m milestone shares for Ilera are to be issued on receipt of the $1m upfront payment.
That's the 1st of two milestones with the 2nd milestone being the same quantity of shares for (I think) exceeding around $2m income - dyor as usual.
I just noticed the total of those Performance Shares are still on the paperwork of today's anns so the cash won't have cleared yet.
Side note:- that $1m is USD - over AUD$1.35M
Sorry about that - just goes to show it's always a good idea to double-check when someone posts stuff like that
