oh yea that inverse head and shoulders looks tasty... I know you mentioned the cr concern and I agree only thing stopping that pattern from breaking out the way it should... But honestly it is probably just the fact they were at risk of involuntary suspension being the main driving factor for cr (listing rules 12.1, 12.2 as previously mentioned) no matter what they put the funds too...
i think they honestly believe that they will be profitable b4 next reporting season and I'm inclined to agree with thier belief.
