ZLD is to float tomorrow, thought I would quickly summarise a few things for all the holders & non-holders who are showing interests,
will update the FA summary alone with the progress & news flow our company will be making in the coming weeks/months.

Zelda Therapeutics is a private California-based biotechnology company focused on medical cannabis therapies with a strong Australian connection, it was a spun-out of a successful US-based medicinal cannabis group - Aunt Zelda’s - that has treated hundreds of patients in California.

Capital Structure on listing
Zelda would have 669m shares in total on issue, @ an IPO price of $0.025 per share,
That will give it a market cap of appx $17 M AUD.
160m shares were offered as new shares raised $4m AUD in total.
Old GLN.ASX holders were given a 1:5 consolidation converting $0.005 per share to $0.025.
