Seems reasonable. Best case 2 years, worst case 4 years.
Meanwhile, Arizona mining has no feasibility study, no mining licence, and will have no cashflow for 4 years from commencement of construction (there are hopeful for a late 2020 start), and they are sitting on a market cap of $900M. Yes that’s right 20 times more than IBG that could well have a financing and construction underway within the next 6 months.
