No that's not the point long term Zn price is 90c. Supply comes on to drag it down to that price. Zn just isn't that scarce an element.
History is littered with the corpses of co's. Who thought otherwise. Pasminco now OZL is the iconic Aussie example.
You can't be looking at a short or even medium term say 5 year price and pricing based on that.
You may get away with it if you're trying to spruik to gullible small investors but not to banking syndicates or serious players like Glencorp. Oh maybe we'll trick the Chinese they fell for it on iron ore prices (that behaved exactly that way) didn't they.
