Pay for talent or lose it, - options are out of the money so they have to work to make them have value, then they have to write a personal cheque to convert them to ordinary shares and they still cant sell as they are on the board - wake up, they are not on big wages. if you dont pay inventive (dangle carrots) you dont get movement and you get B grade directors who are wages men, and not entrepreneurial!
