No its not, $200,000 to 300,000 is normal in this space of the market more in some cases subject to what they are doing - you are employing professionals for leadership positions. Most of these guys/girls (they!!!) can get 400,000 to 500,000 within major mining company. Only reason they move to a junior is for upside and a challenge. Remember that a graduate Geologist is getting $130,000 right out of university with zero experience.

I wonder what profession the complaining holders hold if any. Perhaps go back and study and get a better paying job, instead of playing the tall poppy card of resentment! The issue it most of these complainers couldn't do a MD or directors role!
