NZ seem to have a better relationship with the Chinese than Australia, certainly A2 & Synalit don't seem to have had the same issues as Bellamy's.

Paul has learnt from past mistakes regarding distributors & is a lot more circumspect when signing up partners. I certainly don't think he will rush into any decisions regarding signing deals even if parties are lining up & getting excited after his presentation at the conference.
Prior to leaving for China he was in talks with to 2 large Chinese companies (one of which has been discussed here) so these are the more likely parties if a deal is signed in the near future with potential further discussions later with any other leads that have emerged in the last week or so.

ZNO already announced before that there is potential for multiple deals to be signed with Chinese parties in the next few months across different sectors, on top of any near term agri deals.

Plus of course the initial Turtlewax order is expected before Christmas.

Lots of potential to keep investors interested, if 2 or 3 of these eventuate before Christmas it could be a very merry one indeed.
