b) Cautiously optimistic given SP rise. I think there are quite a few products/ distribution opportunities out there. My main concerns are:

- Market perception that Zoono is a sanitiser stock and dumping it past December or so when covid fears die down

- Management’s ability to scale in a time when PH’s attention may be divided among 100 things. No signs of recruiting more executives or board members

- Given management’s focus on covid demand there has been no update on other channels such as animal health, previous deals like Turtle wax

- Zoono name used by unrelated entities diluting the brand

- No company’s SP goes up in a straight line. It is the fall/ pull back and the magnitude that is the worry. Otherwise I am looking too up my holdings.
