We've seen the deal for the Eraring delay.
Up to $225 million a year . For just one power station that will be at half capacity .
That's just a short extension . Longer extensions cost way more money .
Then there's the cost of building new short life gas fired generation for the interim .
Then there's the cost off the gas in a market that is very expensive.
Now we hear that they are going to use multiple SMRs which are much more expensive and produce much more waste than a baseload unit.
