Wishful thinking in my opinion:

No way has she moved and Lynas has not managed to work a deal with her is my stance ATM.
The crux is this latest news put everything into the government hands. Just what is the government? Is it the court, the cabinet, Dr. M or Minister Yeo' office?
We have already had Yeo's decision and she is government is she not?
