Well AL has mentioned there are 'contingency plans'.. Unsure what they are, but inventory from stockpiling would buy us a month or so in terms of revenue stream, after that it's outsourcing the processing until established in WA (most likely fast-tracked with Japanese funding).
However, one would assume logic will prevail.. but then again, it's Malaysia.. political armwrestling is a concern (although I fail to see any voting gain for the anti-LYC camp nowadays, people are overwhelmingly pro and are just sick of the political riffraff), and IF Chinese interests play any role then their tentacles run far deeper than Japanese.
