I’ve just posted this comment on the Mole. It seems to have been accepted: perhaps others might follow....
‘This is truly intolerable for all long-suffering Lynas shareholders. Our Company has met EVERY Malaysian Government Regulation and requirement for a decade, and the MESTECC expert ‘Review’ last year once AGAIN proved this.
So, noting the refusal of Minister Yeo to reveal the basis for refusing to allow Lynas to continue to employ its 97% highly qualified Malaysian workforce after September, just what is the Company supposed to do to meet the completely unreasonable - but also completely unspecified - Ministerial
policy demands that are basically only revealed through her professional social media skills?’
