I do sense a shift in the tone, the fact that they are just waiting for more information suggests that it was not just a blanket no.
Also the silence from Lynas tells me that an agreement to hold off till an official announcement was deemed as wise.
I am confident all will be good, simply too much for Malaysia to lose if they play hard ball... especially their relationship with Japan.
Nice to know that there is a timeline to a decision.
