Hi Mike,

Thanks for this. I remember reading this post and agree for the most part. The $3.5M spend next quarter wasn't an extrapolation, but the values provided in the September Quarterly by the company itself. It is a very tempting proposition though.

What are your thoughts on the BOD and management?
