hi mate. They haven’t disclosed margins on either the devices or plan other than to state they plan to make a ‘small’ margin on the devices with the end game being to get the recurring revenue from monthly plan which could be as much as the device itself each year ongoing
that’s why the device price is cheap compared to Garmin for a pretty advanced feature set. I asked this same question of Michael (CEO) recently who is very approachable and has responded on a few occasions to different queries by me almost immediately. He gave the same summary but was clear the actual margins they plan to keep commercial in confidence for competitive reasons.
