The royalty payments to both Beam & RoadPost should be reflected in ZOLEO's P&L as COGS.
The royalty to each paty in each territory can be though of in a similar way to what Apple charge a company for app payments made through their iOS store
Weighing against the 70% split in favour of RoadPost in North America is the interest free finance they provided Beam to fund their share of the JV & the "slim" margin on the sale of each ZOLEO unit into the JV.
Anyone notice the bump in Beam's Canada hardaware sales?
