Hey everyone, was wondering why is BCC with its annual revenue is not rated by the market to multiples of its revenue? There are companies on ASX with low revenues and are priced on the X10-20 multiples of their revenue i.e. Z2U, CCR (or KSS) which are comparable in the way that they sell/offer a tech based solution to in their instance logistical and debt consolidation problems.
It just baffles me that these other companies are running at a loss, have limited amount of IP and yet they are traded and valued at such high market cap. I just don't understand.
Is there some reasonable information out there or benchmarks to indicate how our SP will develop in comparison to our peers? Btw I am a very happy holder of a few years now and just feel like we are always ignored by the market and I just don't understand why.
@Roy2U With your excellent modelling of the ARR, Revenues and NPAT as well demystifying the JV P&L splits (as per above posts) is there a chance that you could summarize the above in the 'Holy Grail' summary table that tracks expected SP to the achievement of certain financial milestones? Sorry if it is rude of me to ask! I just can't connect/interpret/link the above tables to what we can expect for the SP movement (with limited assumption for dilution).
Hope my request is not considered as rude! Just trying to make sense of our situation and set some targets for my holdings.
