Thanks for your forecasts and analysis on what the subscription revenue may look like.

One thing I am still not clear on is the JV profit share for the North American JV... Zoleo Inc.

From the annual accounts Beam have a 50% share in the JV Zoleo Inc. The loss is shared 50/50.

Here is a copy of the annual accounts from FY20 showing the calculation of Beams share of the loss.

Here is a screen shot from the notes in the accounts.

Do you have a Beam reference to any thing showing the JV operating profit share being different to the 50/50? Thanks
