The 01 deal was very average and the wider market knows It, the upfront was well below expectations, plus any real royalty income is 3+ years away and that is IF the product actually gets fully developed and approved by FDA.
The company cannot survive with raising further capital, they will save up any good news for when they need it. just look at when they released the R&D refund, do you really think it arrived in the mail on the eve of the AGM??
There is money to be made in Sud tradings the post CR p&d, but like it or not the SP is headed lower as management most probably will not deliver any time soon. next time there is a constant 'vote SC out theme ' on HC it's probably a good time to buy up for a quick profit. DYOR.
