Unfortunately what we are seeing is the downside of the massive rights issue, nothing else.. 

Up until now, people could sell the stock at a profit and leave the oppies as a free carry. I spoke to a fund manager who said it can take up to 6-9 months for a rights issue to be worked through (flushout).  The recent market volatility most likely would have forced those who are sitting on a gain to leave too. 

 

I suspect that the next Zolpi deal will get sold into as well as we simply haven't turned over the registry enough. 

There isn't going to be a short term answer to this, unless they land a CBD deal and the hype is still about in the space.  

SC need's to get 4C's that are pretty close to cash-flow positive  + see family offices/fund managers and talk about the business model. To this day he hasn't really articulated clearly the business models available i.e. 

• Co Development's 
• Out right sale 
• Global Licencing deal with SUDA internally developing the product

001 is a great deal and de-risks us to some extent as we now know what he's been harping on about has merits.  It's just about selling the business model and getting enough runs of the board for a fund/family office to invest. 

At the moment it's held by retail, which will never get us anywhere.
