14. Subsequent events
Transerv announced on 4 March 2009, a $2,000,000 exempt placement to sophisticated investors has
closed fully subscribed. The company will issue 100 million shares at 2 cents each to raise $2,000,000
in new working capital before costs. Each share under this placement will be issued with one free
attaching unlisted option exercisable at 2.5c each on or before 31 January 2011 and these securities
will be issued under section 708 of the Corporations Act.
Funds raised will augment the Company’s current working capital and will be used to fund the
Company’s existing operations and commitments, or new investment opportunities.
