if 100 tonnes per day is the target (not sure about that number) there is really no great problem with winder speeds and "kibble" capacities because they could drill and blast several zones during the day and bring ore to the surface at night, that's if they wanted to hit that target
some of the mines in Canada and Sth Africa did it that way
