So the new GenManager is a nutcase because he came back with intentions to get things on track ie doesnt understand the product or its place in the ecostructure. He comes from having a serious long term sale directorship role in Microsoft - so he knows the intricacies of products and why products are relevant.
I am sick of hearing one liners from people with no detailed knowledge. They couldnt speak to the subject for 5 minutes if given the opportunity.

What you are saying is that he is a nutcase because he doesnt understand that LVT is screwed and nobody will buy the product.
This is also simpleton talk. So categorical that all the other products are relevant but the LVT product isnt.
