I reckon these guys are going to need to acquire their smaller competitors that can help them add to the revenue/earnings line in a positive way.

they won't be able to win just on price alone. it's a race to the bottom in this space when looking at pricing and profitability. margins are slim at best so acquiring more customers and flexible workforce couriers is essential.
the second management think they are too far ahead, too good, too strong of a business to create industry consolidation will be the beginning of the end and we'll just be waiting for the first capital raise to come along in the next 12-24 months with the stock heading back to the IPO price or even lower.
let's not get cocky it's only paper profits for many at this stage!
