Substance, I think you'll find that most companies (that qualify) endeavour to get approval for the additonal 10% on top of the 15% capacity...just in case. Spookfish have been blessed with fantastic weather across Australia, so their capture program should be providing a mountain of imagery allowing Spookies to aggressively sell thereby generating sufficient revenue that they don't need a CR....especially when factoring in the real revenue that should now be flowing from the US via royalties from EV. They have been capturing (using Spookfish camera systems) for some time now, and of course EV have an existing and extensive customer base. This is clearly a glass half full perspective - and if this scenario does not pan out over the next quarter, then SFI will be rattling the tin.
