Thanks longreach...I respect that Simon Templar may have a view they will not need a capital raising....I am curious about your comment on the lack of homework....I have read Listing rule 7.1 and 7.1A and the Resolution 4 for the AGM....please enlighten me as to which part of my "homework" is incorrect. Don't you think they could issue 25% of capital if the resolution is passed?
If we can't educate each other ...then this doesn't turn into much of a forum then does it ?
