Two options - One has been tested, trialed and currently being used in European public transport systems. Where as the other has been in trouble by the EPA for false statements regarding "90 day protection". Its clear as day to me, lets hope its clear as day to the Transit Authorities (but I just have this feeling that the local American company will get a push)
