The financial position that ZNO is in IF they needed additional funding, say a $10m+ a year contract without payment in advance with a multinational, they would access debt funding before tuning to a placement.
Banks would be falling over themselves to lend ZNO money.

IMO the only chance of ZNO doing a CR is if they signed multiple massive (far bigger than China agri) deals with multi nationals without payment in advance.
If they did that the share price would likely be closer to $2.00 than $0.50, in which case who cares if they do a CR at those levels.
$10m raised at $1.50 would be a 4% dilution.
