If you don't have a compromised immune system or major underlying health issues, your life won't depend on it. For the overwhelming majority of people COVID-19 is not very serious. That is obviously not the case for the old and the frail. Most people are quite frugal and high shipping costs are a major disinsentive for many consumers to buy soemthing. They will figure that they can just easily pick something up in the supermarket. They won't have great knowledge about quality differences and the lack of ZNO marketing means that most people are in the dark. Word of mouth only goes so far. I haven't been a fan of how the company has handled the B2C side of the business lately. I think they have turned lots of potential good customers off, which equates to lost opportunities.
