In the Eureka Report Interview between Paul Hyslop and Alan Kohler, Paul stated the following:

"We’ve got a supermarket chain here, for instance, who’s buying product off us at the moment in thousand-litre totes, they’re going to have these thousand-litre totes in the supermarket and people are going to refill their own hand sanitiser bottles"

So to summarize it, On the 26th March, Paul stated that there is a New Zealand Supermarket chain that was buying thousand-litre totes, with the intention to set it up and use it as a refill station.

I haven't heard anything about this since so perhaps the supermarket chain didn't commit to this the idea or there are just other reasons.
