Ordered a pair of masks on Fri 8 Jan and received today, Tues 19 Jan, so 7 business days in total. Too long to fulfil the order for my liking as a customer and no communications/updates other than initial confirmation of order. Surprising as I received far superior communication and delivery time months ago when ordering sanitisers and surface sprays a couple of times. ZNO needs to pick up its game in the fulfilment area. Perhaps there was an influx of mask orders when multiple states in Aus starting making them mandatory, but ZNO should be ready for this, particularly with the issues experienced back in March/April.

Product wise they appear high quality, no issues and they look, feel and fit 100x better than disposable masks. Like that they come in pairs with one having alternative border colour. Product quality is the saving grace but ZNO need to up the CX to build a strong long lasting brand (appreciating retail isn't the primary focus).
