Just to give you an example, I am a online retailer myself, and most products of mine i state ship within 3-5 business days. I usually ship quicker, but it is not uncommon for people to email me after one day and ask where their product is, or why hasnt it be shipped
Disclaimer is fine, but in Australia the consumer has way too much power over the retailer. Credit card chargebacks, paypal protection, bad online reviews.
