Your last point about the extreme challenges establishing a global supply chain is a very good point.
What I wonder is, do we have a supply chain, or supply matrix - each plant in a different location capable of similar production, able to produce and sell locally or produce locally and export to focus areas? E.g customer in Sydney buying product on the au website, but the product is shipped from the UK because the AU plant is already at production capacity.
